Terms of Use

Muxtar TECH services are provided by Əliyev Yunis Vüqar oğlu, an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor), VÖEN 8304583642. Legal address: Republic of Azerbaijan, Jalilabad District, Mashadivalli village. Contacts: info@muxtar.pro.az, info@muxtar.pro.az and +994 50 386 54 93. The scope, final price and delivery period of each ordered service are stated separately at the ordering stage. Customers' mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Services may include web design, UI/UX design, logo and branding, websites, web applications, mobile applications, admin panels, databases, AI solutions, site maintenance, technical support, domain and hosting setup, SEO and social media management. A particular feature or panel is offered only once it has actually launched. The technical scope, stages and possible additional costs are agreed for each order.

Personal user accounts are intended only for persons aged 18 or over. Users provide accurate email, name, username and required contact details. A phone number may be required by the applicable account rules and may be linked to only one account. If unauthorized account access is suspected, users should immediately change their passwords, close sessions and notify support. Public pages that do not require registration remain accessible without an account.

Users must not disclose passwords, email verification codes or login credentials to others. After a security check, personal-data export is planned as a filterable ZIP archive. Technical security requirements and available functionality are described on the Login Security page.

Unauthorized access, spreading malicious code, intentionally overloading systems, large-scale automated misuse, impersonation, creating unlawful or rights-infringing content, and abusing credit or discount systems with fake accounts are prohibited. Materials that infringe another person's copyright, personal rights, voice rights or other protected rights must not be used.

Depending on severity and risk, measures may include warnings, temporary restrictions and, in serious cases, immediate security suspension. For minor, isolated violations, warnings are preferred where practicable. Any measure should be justified and proportionate. Users may appeal by emailing info@muxtar.pro.az. In cases of serious fraud or payment risk, the account as well as the disputed operation may be temporarily restricted; statutory objection and refund rights remain protected.

Use of Muxtar Voice outputs, voice cloning, AI training and content rights are governed by the separate Voice Terms. Muxtar Music's personal-use rules and copyright obligations are set out in the separate Music Terms. Those policies must be clearly accessible during the relevant ordering and use flows.

Use of purchased credits for Muxtar Voice, bonus credits, technical-failure restoration, refunds and other payment provisions are described in the Payment and Credit Terms. Standard “non-refundable” language does not displace mandatory legal refund rights. Once a payment processor is active, the accepted methods and final price must be shown to the customer.

Domain orders, registration, listing customers as registrants, renewal, cancellation and transfer follow the Domain Registration Terms. The applicable registrar and TLD rules must be respected for each operation. No automated website transfer service is provided.

Users may request account deletion from the account area or by official email. Identity is verified and a 30-day waiting period starts after the confirmed request. Signing in during the waiting period cancels deletion. Statutory retention obligations and alternatives for domain management are set out in the Account Deletion Policy.

Muxtar TECH website designs, program code, branding and licensed content do not automatically pass to the customer without a separate written agreement. Use and transfer of rights in commissioned design or software work are governed by the specific contract and payment terms. Customers must possess the necessary rights to materials they submit.

Interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, internet outages or failures of third-party services. Muxtar TECH takes reasonable steps to restore service but does not give unrealistic uptime guarantees. Liability cannot be excluded where applicable law prohibits such exclusion; mandatory consumer, data-security and other legal rights remain protected.

Order status is displayed both by email and in the account. Material changes to the terms are notified 14 days beforehand where possible. Applicable legal rules and rights to complain or bring proceedings are preserved. Complaints: info@muxtar.pro.az; legal contact: info@muxtar.pro.az.
