Muxtar Music Terms of Use

Muxtar Music software is intended for personal use. Downloading it grants only limited permission to use it as intended; no ownership of source code, branding or third-party content is transferred. Unless a separate commercial license is granted in writing, the software must not be used as a commercial service.

Users must work only with material they are legally entitled to download, store and use. Copyrights, platform terms, technical protection measures and third-party rights must be respected. Muxtar Music itself does not grant separate copyright permission or usage rights for third-party content.

Users must not employ the software for unlawful purposes, distributing malware, obtaining information without authorization or concealing infringement. Muxtar TECH does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be restricted. Interruptions or changes to third-party platforms may affect software functionality.

Where provided, the official download page displays the installation file's SHA-256 checksum. Users can calculate the SHA-256 of the downloaded file and compare it with the published value. A matching checksum can indicate that the file matches the published copy; it does not, by itself, prove that the software is free of every security risk. Suspicious files or security incidents should be reported to support.

Substantiated complaints about copyright or other rights may be submitted to the support email. Where a serious, well-founded complaint is received, use of disputed content or the relevant feature may be temporarily restricted during investigation. Evidence is reviewed, disproportionate blocking is avoided and the user's ability to appeal is protected.

Software should be downloaded only from official sources. Operating-system and antivirus warnings must be assessed carefully. If a security defect is identified, users should be informed about available fixes, advisories and update channels.
