Frequently asked questions

How do I start a project?
Fill in the “Start a project” form: your name, how to reach you, which services you need and a short description of the project. Then we get in touch and work out together what the project is.
How much does a service cost?
The price depends on the scope of the work: how many pages or screens there are, which features are needed, who prepares the design and the content, and the connection with external systems (payment, maps and so on). We give the price once the scope of the project is clear. We don't write a general figure here, because two projects with the same name can differ a lot in scope.
How long does a project take?
The timeline also depends on the scope. A small presentation site and a system with many features cannot be compared. Once the project is clear, we talk about the stages of work and the approximate timeline.
Does one team handle design, code and servers?
Yes: design, code, servers and support after launch are in one team. Each service page lists what it includes and what you receive at handover.
Can I order several services together?
Yes. You can choose several services in the form, for example design, a website and SEO together. If you are not sure which ones you need, describe the project and we'll work it out together.
Who owns the domain and the website?
The domain must always be registered in your name. How the design, code and content pass to you is agreed in writing in the order.
What happens after the website is ready?
After launch the website still needs maintenance and support: updates, backups, and monitoring of the domain and the certificate. The “Website maintenance” and “Technical support” services cover these.
