Payment and Credit Terms

A credit is an internal accounting unit used to generate speech in Muxtar Voice. Before an order is confirmed, the credits required must be displayed based on the applicable text length and tariff. Customers can view their balance and usage history in their account.

Purchased credits and introductory registration bonuses do not expire. As a general rule, usable credit packages are not redeemable for cash or refundable, but mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits used for it are restored to the balance. Credits spent on a successfully delivered generation should be shown in the transaction history.

The credit package, final amount, currency, taxes and any transaction fees must be clearly shown before payment. Only payment providers and card/account methods that are actually connected are listed. Provider confirmation is reflected in the account. Services not provided, duplicate charges, declined payments and chargebacks are investigated transparently.

Domain registration is a separate paid service. Payment confirmation does not mean the domain has been registered. If registration fails, the entire amount paid for that order is refunded within seven days. Where possible, the refund is directed to the original card or account. If the domain has already been registered, refunds are determined in accordance with mandatory law and applicable registrar/TLD rules.

A domain order canceled before submission to the registrar is fully refunded. If submitted but not completed, the possibility of stopping it is checked with the registrar. Muxtar TECH bears any increase in the initial registration price after payment. If a future renewal price rises, there is no automatic renewal charge without the customer's separate approval.

During an investigation into disputed payments, provision of the disputed service may be paused where necessary and proportionate. Serious fraud and security risks may justify temporary account restrictions. Customers retain their statutory rights to refunds, objections and complaints. Before closing an account, the user must be informed of the available credit balance and the consequences of deletion. Treatment of unused credits follows these terms and applicable law. The risk of losing unused credits does not extinguish mandatory refund rights.
