Muxtar Voice Terms of Use

Muxtar Voice is designed to generate speech audio from text. A user who lawfully accesses the service may use generated speech files for personal and commercial projects (including videos, advertisements, training materials and presentations) in accordance with the applicable license. This permission does not transfer ownership of the voice model, original human voice or technology to the user.

It is prohibited to use voice samples or generated files to clone voices without authorization, sell or present a voice model as a separate or proprietary product, pass voice/model data to train other AI systems, deceive people or infringe third-party rights. Users must have the necessary rights in the texts they submit to the service.

Muxtar TECH must provide only human voices for which the required usage rights and consents have been obtained. Human voices, biometric data and third-party rights are protected by law.

The advertised number of credits is deducted for a successfully completed generation. Credits charged for a generation that is not created or delivered because of a technical failure are restored to the account balance. Detailed payment and refund terms are set out in a separate document.

Each generated speech item's audio file, input text and associated generation history must be deleted 90 days after creation. Notifications by email and in the account are planned 15 and 3 days before deletion. Users should download their files before the 90-day period expires. Financial and mandatory security records may be retained separately for legally required periods.

Texts submitted by users and generated audio may be used to train an AI model only after obtaining separate, informed consent in the legally required form. Without consent, the data is not used for that purpose. Withdrawal stops future training use; technically complete removal of material from an already trained model may not be possible and this risk must be explained beforehand. Consent supplied by a user concerning someone else's voice or content does not establish that the user is the actual rights holder.

Minor violations may result in a warning and a request to correct the issue. In serious cases involving copyright, voice rights, security or deception, access to the service may be restricted immediately pending investigation. Users may appeal by emailing info@muxtar.pro.az. Lawful requests and evidence are retained in accordance with applicable requirements.

Current status: The Muxtar Voice speech service is not connected to this site yet, and no user text or audio is stored on the server. The 90-day deletion and the notices 15 and 3 days before it are planned rules that will apply once the service is connected.
