Domain Registration Terms

These terms govern the registration and renewal of domain names ordered through Muxtar TECH and associated support services. Services are provided by Əliyev Yunis Vüqar oğlu (VÖEN 8304583642). Muxtar TECH acts as an intermediary/reseller in the domain registration service and does not claim ownership of its customers' domains. Registration is performed through the registrar and registry responsible for the relevant domain extension. Domain Name API is the intended technical partner; the actual registrar must be identified separately for each TLD and transaction.

Before an order is placed, the customer must be shown the extension, registration term, final price, additional fees, important restrictions, these terms and the applicable registration agreement. Consent must be obtained only for a contract that the customer can access and read. Successful payment does not mean that domain registration has been completed.

The general principle is that the customer is listed as the registrant (registered name holder) in the registration record; Muxtar TECH does not represent itself as the customer's domain owner. This principle applies within the rules of the registrar and registry, provided the registration details genuinely identify the customer and the application is accepted. Some extensions require particular eligibility or supporting documents. Customers are responsible for accurate names, addresses, contact information and other required details. To correct an error, the customer contacts support. The registrar's rules determine whether correction is possible, the processing time and any applicable charge, which must be disclosed in advance.

If the customer misspells the domain name in an order, they may contact support. Muxtar TECH will assist with cancellation or correction where the registrar permits it, without guaranteeing success. Mandatory statutory refund rights remain protected.

Only extensions whose support, prices, registration rules and agreements have been confirmed through the actual partner may be offered for sale. Until support and rules are confirmed, no orders are accepted for .az, .com.az, .net.az, .org.az or other members of the .az family.

Registration, renewal, transfer, restoration, premium/restricted names and registration periods may vary by TLD. Any quoted offer becomes actionable only after the final price and eligibility checks at checkout.

After the customer confirms the order and payment, a registration request is submitted. The registrar may reject the order, request further verification or delay fulfillment. Once Muxtar TECH has confirmed the actual outcome with the registrar, the customer is informed by email and in their account.

If the customer requests cancellation before the order has been submitted to the registrar, processing stops and the full amount paid is refunded. If submitted but not completed, the possibility of stopping the request is checked. If status is uncertain or a connection error occurs, the actual outcome must be established before any second registration request is made. If registration is already complete, cancellation and refunds are assessed under applicable law, registrar and TLD rules.

At confirmation, the customer must see the final price for the selected registration period, currency, applicable taxes and any additional service charge. If the provider's registration price increases after the customer has completed payment, Muxtar TECH bears the difference for that initial order and does not charge the customer extra. Future renewal rates are shown separately and are not covered by this promise. Only genuinely active and securely integrated payment methods will be presented at checkout.

If domain registration ultimately fails, the full amount paid for that order will be refunded within seven days. Where possible, funds are returned to the original card or account; customers are informed of any settlement delay attributable to the payment provider. Fees not separately agreed with the customer do not reduce the refund for a failed order.

Ordinarily, no standard refund is offered once registration has been successfully completed; this does not exclude mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Cases in which the registrar allows cancellation or refunds, technical failures, partial fulfillment and disputed charges are assessed individually. Automatic renewal is possible only where the customer has separately enabled that option and has clearly authorized the associated payment mechanism. Without consent, there is no automatic charge. Where automatic renewal is enabled, a renewal and payment attempt is planned 30 days before expiration. The function may not be available for every extension and payment method. The result of a successful transaction is shown by email and in the account.

If the renewal price exceeds the previous price, the new price must be shown and no payment may be taken without fresh, explicit customer approval. If the automatic attempt fails, the customer is notified; the system does not retry charging automatically, and the customer pays manually. The customer can disable automatic renewal at any time, subject to checking whether any previously completed and irreversible transaction has already occurred.

For domains requiring renewal, reminders are planned by email and in-account notification 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before expiration. After renewal, obsolete reminders linked to the old expiration date are stopped. Any additional registrar/registry-mandated reminders, including post-expiry notices, are preserved. Because addresses can be wrong and communications or third-party systems can fail, customers should also monitor their domain expiration dates themselves.

When a domain expires, the customer contacts support. Muxtar TECH checks whether restoration is possible through the registrar and discloses any restoration fee and timeframe in advance. Restoration takes place only with the customer's consent. Neither restoration nor preservation of the former holder's registration can be guaranteed. Expiry may disrupt website and email services.

No automated transfer feature is provided through the website. Domain holders may contact support to request a transfer to another registrar. Once identity and ownership are verified, guidance and assistance are provided in accordance with the applicable registrar, registry and ICANN rules. The customer's lawful right to transfer is not unreasonably restricted. Restrictions such as a 60-day period after initial registration or certain transfers apply only where relevant.

The customer contacts support to move a domain into another person's name. The current and proposed holders' authority, required approvals and registrar/registry rules are checked. Any additional fees and restrictions are disclosed in advance. No automatic change-of-registrant function is offered on the website.

The customer is responsible for choosing a domain name that does not infringe third-party rights. Muxtar TECH cannot unilaterally reverse lawful registrar or registry decisions to reject or suspend registrations or resolve legal disputes. Muxtar TECH does not disclaim liability for its own statutory or contractual obligations. Written complaints are accepted; unresolved disputes may be handled under the procedures provided by applicable law.

Material changes are normally communicated by email and/or in the account at least 14 days in advance; exceptions apply where the law requires immediate changes.
